That's how it's done
For each person in your sales team, you define an individual sales target to attain during the contest period. That is the basic goal, or the 1st Challenge, but that’s really only for the wooses! For the 2nd and 3rd challenges, you up the ante and really dare them!

Now each of your participant has a choice: Which challenge do they think they can tackle? The more guts they have, the more they can win!
But beware: only those who actually achieve their challenge will win! If a participant chooses Challenge 2 but only attains the goal of Challenge 1, they will gain nothing. And one more tricky thing: Even when the participant shows super performance and attains the level of the 3rd Challenge, they will still only get the points for the selected 2nd Challenge.
Experience shows: On average, more than 60% of all participants select the most demanding challenge, and of those nearly 80% also reach it. That is a sensational success quota!

Customising the website
Just like with all Incentive Arena products, you can also have the “Schaffe-ich! app carry your logo, you can customise the texts that appear there, and of course you can determine the reward budget.

This product also contains an easy-to-use email tool to create and support motivational and customised communication to participants. Of course, we provide you with pre-worded* web page and email texts, as well as with participation and data protection and privacy texts.
Data & interfaces
Interfaces, data and calculation templates for importing all participant & movement data are included for you, ready to use.
Admin access
Via an Admin access*, you can always keep a close eye on the “Schaff-ich!” programme, you can adapt texts, upload news, send email messages, enter points gained, define the challenge tiers, administrate your participants, and of course compile all sorts of reports.
Data protection and privacy
We are well aware how sensitive your data is. All our certified data centres are located in Germany. We undergo regular data protection and privacy audits, and we have an external, independent data protection officer.
