You define all the framework conditions. You define when you want to start the contest, how long it’s going to run, who can participate, and how much there is to win. So you have full access to all data and details.

Our after sales service team is there to answer participant questions around reward ordering, warranty claims and complaints.
Everything has been prepared for you. In order to make configuring the website as easy as possible, we have already pre-worded all website texts for you (contest rules, terms and regulations for participation, data protection and privacy provisions etc.) Adapting these to your wishes is fast and uncomplicated. Also, you can use motivational and stimulating email templates for participant communication (kick-off newsletter, reminder newsletter, “goal achieved” communication, contest closing email). For all your participant and movement data (e.g. sales), you’ll receive sample files and templates for you to integrate into the system easily and fast.

Via your admin access, you can manage your programme from A to Z, administrate participant data, enter bonus points, adapt texts, upload news, and send email messages.
You keep the complete overview
Your admin access grants you access to the dashboard & comprehensive reports. Thus, you keep a keen eye on the performance and all numbers, including information about how to comply with tax regulations with regard to non-cash benefits.
